Chunyun Xiao, MCN, MS, RDN/LD, CNSC, CMI 

Current Position: Senior Dietitian, Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation

Chunyun focuses on delivering comprehensive nutrition care to acute rehabilitation patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as spinal cord injury and dysphagia, and cultural communities of Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese speaking. She has trained and worked in applied clinical research for over ten years. Chunyun is a practice guideline reviewer and developer for the Evidence Analysis Library. She serves on national committees for both the Academy for Council on Research and American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Chunyun received a BS from University of Florida in food science and human nutrition, a MS from Stony Brook University in biomedical sciences, and a MCN from University of Texas Southwest Medical Center in clinical nutrition.
